In partnership with Victoria University we have initiated research to explore the opportunities for energy nano and micro-grids on Aotea. This research is exploring both the potential technical and management models that might be relevant to meet the energy needs of communities across Aotea and what could inform the design and optimisation of distributed, and possibly integrated, energy systems across Aotea.
